No Reserve Classics is honored to present our 1965 Ford Mustang
Fastback Superchargered SVT 6 Speed Pro-Touring Restomod!
This stunning 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback is a fully reimagined
pro-touring restomod, blending iconic classic style with the
performance and technology of a modern muscle car. Beneath its
aggressive exterior lies a heart straight from a 2011 Shelby GT500,
a true fusion of vintage heritage and supercharged fury.
Powering this beast is a 5.4L DOHC 32-valve Supercharged V8 from a
2011 GT500, delivering an impressive 550 horsepower. Featuring an
aluminum block, Eaton M122 roots-style supercharger with an
air-to-liquid intercooler, and sequential multi-port electronic
fuel injection, this engine is engineered for serious performance.
A JLT Performance cold air intake and cross-flow aluminum radiator
with electric fan ensure efficient airflow and cooling even under
spirited driving. The power is routed through a Tremec 6-speed
manual transmission, giving you complete control behind the wheel.
Enhanced by the SVT performance package, this drivetrain setup is
as responsive as it is brutal.
Finished in sleek Destroyer Gray with bold satin black accents on
the hood, roof, and cowl, this Fastback makes a statement before it
even starts. A set of lightweight Konig Flow Formed wheels are
wrapped in Toyo Extensa 225/40R/18 tires up front and NITTO NT05
285/40R/18 performance tires in the rear, delivering confident grip
and road presence. Bringing it to a halt are Wilwood 6-piston disc
brakes at all four corners, with drilled and slotted rotors for
maximum stopping power. Custom Restomodit LED headlights and LED
taillights modernize its lighting while maintaining the classic
silhouette. The addition of air conditioning and heat makes this
build as comfortable as it is capable.
The interior has been fully transformed with components from a 2011
Shelby GT500, offering a modern driving environment inside a
classic shell. It features a GT500 steering wheel, dash, center
console, and bucket seats, along with functional Shelby GT500
gauges. A Ford navigation touchscreen has been seamlessly
integrated for modern media and navigation needs, and Infinity rear
deck speakers enhance the audio experience. The result is a refined
yet aggressive cabin that feels purpose-built for performance.
Underneath, the car rides on a fully engineered HEIDTS suspension
system, including a full front suspension kit, 4-link rear, and
adjustable coilovers at all four corners for superior ride quality
and cornering ability. Steering is crisp thanks to a rack and
pinion conversion, and a paint-matched 3.73 limited-slip rear end
efficiently puts power to the pavement. A Magnaflow stainless steel
exhaust system gives the supercharged V8 a deep, throaty tone that
matches its aggressive stance.
This 1965 Mustang Fastback is far more than a vintage muscle car -
it's a fully integrated, modernized performance machine with the
soul of a Shelby and the timeless looks of a classic. Whether
you're taking it to shows, the track, or just a weekend cruise,
this restomod delivers on every level.
There's a lot to be said about this car, and we're certain that
this 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback Superchargered 6 Speed Pro-Touring
Restomod will continue to be a highly sought-after classic car. As
