Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 26th year in the
classic car and memorabilia business. In 1967 General Motors was
planning on switching the current generation of trucks so they
partnered with Harry Bentley Bradley. Bradley was a designer for
Hot Wheels and was tasked with designing a pickup truck with a
car-like look, thus born the 'Action-Line' body style. This body
style became an instant hit with the fleetside models because of
their sporty look. Luxury was something that wasn't really
something to consider for pickup trucks at the time, but with the
Custom Sport Trucks from Chevrolet, they offered a high-end
interior trim with bucket seats and chrome accenting. This '69
CST/10 brings it up a notch with a new, custom upholstered bench,
A/C kit, custom gauges, and new carpeting. Not only does this truck
have a nice interior and exterior, but it also has the performance
to justify having 'sport' in its name. A punchy 350 V8 paired to a
TH-400 transmission makes this truck infinitely fun to drive. This
truck has a little bit of everything for a pickup truck; the looks,
the performance, and the luxury. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a
full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery,
insurance, and financing options.
