This 1965 Backdraft RT4B racing model roadster number 3380 – PHX is powered by a 5 Ltr Coyote V-8 engine paired with a T55 6- speed manual transmission. The incorporation of a BMW independent rear suspension system adds to the vehicle’s responsive handling characteristics. It is equipped with power disk brakes on both front and rear with 18 inch knock off wheels. This car is a special RT4 Black Edition with slightly wider quarter panels. It is finished in dark blue with contrasting black and yellow center stripes and gray pinstripes to finish off its stunning appearance. During the build and construction process for this cobra, the customers were involved in selecting specific items in their cars that they would like preferably blacked out. This resulted in the cars coming out essentially as a one of a kind machine. The interior features heated bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl and has a unique retro reversed speedometer and a Hurst shifter. This car has massive power and great handling characteristics.
