Dodge Dart Swinger built by Car Craft magazine with a
documentedbuild!! It is finished in gorgeous B5 Blue accented by a
matching blue interior that is sure to turn heads at the cruise
in!!
Our Swinger is powered by a 340 CI V8 featuring ported heads,
Perfect Circle cam, dual plane intake manifold and a Carter AVS
4bbl carburetor. Shifting is done through a 727 Torqe-Flite
automatic transmission and the power is put to the wheels through
an 8 3/4in rear with 3.91 gears. Factory torsion bar suspension and
4 wheel drum brakes are still present, just as it left the
factory.
The body on this Mopar is incrediblystraight and the paint is
phenomenal. The original fender tag is still in place which tells
us that B5 blue is the original color, the blue interior is correct
as well as this being an original 340 car from the factory.This is
a true piece of automotive history from the heyday of car magazines
