1968 Chevrolet Corvette I have owned this corvette since 1989. It
has always been stored in a garage. I have all records since then.
There is no rust anywhere. It originally came with the 427 390HP
engine. It now has a 1970 402. This engine has the forged crank,
rods and pistons. It runs great with no issues. It has the M21
Muncie 4 speed trans. It has power windows, air conditioning, ( ac
compressor has been removed ) It has power steering and manual
brakes. The rear bearings were just replaced. The entire brake
system has just been rebuilt with new O ring pistons in the
calipers. When the car was painted it was stripped down to the bare
fiberglass. It now has epoxy primer with DuPont Chromabase paint.
The original color is British Green, which is what it is now. The
wheels are American Racing Torque Thrust, with 255/60/15 BFG tires.
