The Raptor has always represented Ford’s best performance truck with capabilities are far beyond those of any regular F150. It delivers about as much fun as you can have with a pickup. This 2019 model brings it all together with a fantastic look and great options.
This Raptor was sold new in Florida and spent most of its life commuting between there and Tennessee, thus the higher mileage. It has a clean history and looks fantastic with its Velocity Blue paint, Raptor graphics, and window tint. The twin panel moonroof and metal running boards are nice touches too. There is a hard tonneau cover on the bed which also has a tailgate step and bed extenders. It rolls on factory 17" cast aluminum wheels with four brand new BF Goodrich 315/70 tires.
Power comes from a 3.5L twin turbo Ecotec V6 factory rated at 450 hp and 510 foot-pounds of torque. It appears all stock and does not exhibit any cam phaser noise. There is a Corsa cat-back exhaust that gives the truck a little more growl. The balance of the drivetrain employs a 10-speed automatic transmission and a very capable all-wheel drive system. The factory suspension really sets this truck apart and is capable of feats you would not imagine in a normal F150!
The black leather interior looks terrific throughout. This is a well optioned truck starting with the 802A Luxury Package which includes a 360 degree camera, dual automatic temperature control, B&O sound system, remote start, heated steering wheel, power sliding rear window, inflatable rear safety belts, LED side mirror spotlights, and LED box lighting. You also get an integrated trailer brake controller, trailer backup assist, and tow monitoring. Other options include the Raptor Technology Package plus front and rear heated seats. All-weather floormats are present too.
There are plenty of ordinary trucks out there, but the Raptor is not one of them. It truly is a performance pickup that is very quick and very capable, yet is also surprisingly comfortable. And while this one had an original MSRP of $72,465 you can buy it for a fraction of that price today.
