met federal 5-mph impact standards, and by 1974 the handsome chrome
bumpers were a thing of the past. This beautiful Sunflower Yellow
1972 Corvette Stingray Convertible is a fine example of these
sharply chiseled classics. Power is supplied by a numbers matching
(BCN 3970010, EC V0510CKW, VD 12S522718) 350 V8. Additional
features include a fully independent suspension, power steering,
power 4-wheel disc brakes, Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission,
correct Saddle leather interior (421), tilt/telescopic steering
column, rally wheels, and a newer AM/FM stereo. This gem has good
paint, chrome, and upholstery and the engine bay and chassis have
been nicely detailed. She runs and drives beautifully, attracts
more attention than a 3-alarm fire, and will probably continue to
