Signed by Richard Petty himself, this 1969 Dodge Charger R/T
Tribute features a vibrant orange finish across its muscular body
lines. The iconic Mopar muscle car silhouette displays the sleek
fastback design and menacing front grille with those signature
hideaway headlights. Chrome Magnum 500 wheels wrapped in BFG Radial
T/A rubber (255/60R15 front, 275/60R15 rear) anchor each corner
while the painted white tail stripe and dual chrome exhaust tips
complete the authentic R/T look. This American muscle icon
represents the golden age of automotive design with its wide
stance, clean body panels, and distinctive Charger profile.
Black vinyl bucket seats welcome you into an interior that balances
classic Mopar design with performance-focused amenities. The
pristinely maintained dash features Rallye Pack gauges with a
working tic-toc-tach, while the Hurst Pistol Grip shifter rises
from the floor, ready for action. Richard Petty's signature adorns
the passenger dash face, adding unique provenance to this already
special machine. The factory-style deluxe steering wheel and
thoughtfully integrated subwoofers in the trunk create an
environment that respects Dodge heritage while adding modern
comfort.
Massive power comes from a professionally built 440 cubic inch V8
engine producing an impressive 561 horsepower on the dyno. Built by
Buck Racing in King, NC, this powerplant features Edelbrock
aluminum heads, Edelbrock aluminum intake, and a Holley 650CFM
4-barrel carburetor. The A833 4-speed manual transmission transfers
power through an aluminum driveshaft to the 8-3/4 rear end. QA1
front suspension with heavy-duty sway bar and leaf springs with air
shocks in rear handle the cornering while four-wheel power disc
brakes with slotted/drilled rotors provide stopping power. The
March serpentine belt setup, ceramic long tube headers, and
aluminum radiator with dual electric fans complete this
thoughtfully built package.
