This 2003 Porsche 996 Turbo Coupe is finished in Slate Grey Metallic over a Black full leather interior and features a 6-speed manual transmission connected to its twin-turbocharged Mezger flat-six engine. The car was configured at an original sticker price of over $125k including optional heated seats with lumbar support as well as Exclusive stainless-steel exhaust pipes, aluminum inlays for the shifter and brake handle, supple leather upholstery, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM II).
Originally sold in the United States, this Porsche was eventually imported to Canada in 2007 where it remained for the next 17 years. In January 2024, the car travelled back to the United States and to the new owner from Louisville, KY.
This beautiful 996 Twin Turbo rocket is an all around great car! The Slate Grey Metallic exterior is in great shape and all original according to the paint meter readings.
The Black Full Leather interior is very clean, and everything is fully functional, including the sunroof, AC, and the rear spoiler.
Performance wise, this 415 hp Twin Turbo does not disappoint what so ever, and it is absolutely a blast to drive. The immediate “turbo effect” launches the car forward and the raw motion of the chassis lets you feel every inch of the road.
The shifting action is impeccable and everything works perfectly in a synchronized manner. The brakes are solid and there is no vibration or pulling to one side or the other when braking hard.

“I would like to share my personal observations about the 996 Turbo's! The engine was designed by Hans Mezger, probably the best Porsche engine designer ever. Mr. Mezger designed the engines for my Porsche factory team cars that we won the 2000 American Le Mans Series with. They were absolutely bulletproof, enabling us to win 10 out of 12 races. We also won the European Le Mans Series in 2000. The 996 Turbo engines are not the same design as used in the normal 996 911's. There was an intermediate shaft bearing problem with those cars and some have thought the Turbo's also had a problem. Not true, Mr. Mezger's engines feature a totally different design. Serviced properly, they will provide many hundreds of thousands of miles with spectacular performance.” Dick Barbour.
