Vehicle Description
Chassis No. WP0CF2A96KS172125
As the final model of the 991 generation to roll off the
Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen production line, the 911 Speedster also
marked Porsche's 70th anniversary in 2018. Designed to capture the
essence of the brand's timeless dream, the Speedster embodies over
seven decades of Porsche heritage with a focus on simplicity,
lightness, and pure driving performance. Echoing the design of
previous Speedsters, the 991 version features a lower windshield
and a sleeker profile, all while retaining the unmistakable 911
silhouette. A total of 1,948 units were produced globally-a tribute
to Porsche's founding year-with only 588 allocated to U.S.
customers, nearly all of whom were members of the exclusive 918
Spyder Circle.
Engineered by Porsche's acclaimed GT division, the 911 Speedster
borrows extensively from some of the most celebrated 991 models,
including the GT3 and 911 R. It's powered by the GT3's 4.0-liter
naturally aspirated 503-horsepower flat-six engine, capable of
revving to 9,000 rpm. True to its driver-focused ethos, the
Speedster comes equipped with a six-speed GT sports manual
transmission-first developed for the 911 R-delivering power solely
to the rear wheels. The result is an open-top driving experience
that pairs vintage Porsche charm with the performance and precision
of a modern thoroughbred sports car.
Carefully specified with $28,400 of optional extras, this 2019
Porsche 911 Speedster is finished in the standout optional shade of
Lava Orange. As bright as the exterior shade is, it is the interior
where this custom build truly shines. More than half of the total
cost of the options in this build was devoted to interior upgrades,
including a Black leather interior, Air Vent Surrounds and Slats in
Leather, Door Panels and Dashboard Trim Packages in Leather, Sun
Visors in Leather, the Steering Column Casing in Leather, Inner
Door-Sill Guards in Leather, Center Console Sides in Leather, all
capped with the Extended Deviated Stitching Interior Package in
matching Orange. Additional interior options include BOSE Surround
Sound System, Light Design Package, Aluminum Pedals, Chrono
Package, and Carbon Fiber Door Sill-Guards. Furthermore, the car is
enhanced with Front Axle Lift, the 23.7-gallon Extended Range Fuel
Tank, and its 20-inch forged center lock alloy wheels painted in
Satin Platinum.
Offered with fewer than 2,500 miles at the time of cataloging, this
well-preserved example is protected by paint protection film and
comes furnished with its Lava Orange keys, books, original window
sticker, and vehicle service history documentation. Accompanied by
a clean CARFAX Report, this highly optioned car was first sold
through Beverly Hills Porsche with subsequent ownership recorded in
Oregon and Florida. As the final 991 generation 911 produced, the
Speedster was a well-deserved sendoff showcasing the best of what
Porsche had to offer in an engaging open-air driving experience
imbued with motorsport heritage.
