We will start with the exterior of this Corvette. The body is
phenomenal and has clearly been well cared for its entire life. All
the lines, fit, and finish are among the best you could ask for.
It's showcased in the Nassau Blue paint, which is the factory paint
option for it. It was redone in base coat clear and has been kept
polished to a mirror finish. All the Chrome and stainless on this
Chevy has a brilliant finish and beautifully complements the blue.
The glass is all equally impressive, along with the seals and
weather stripping. The hidden headlights are working as they should
along with the wipers and signals. To finish off the exterior, it's
sitting on the knock-off styled wheels with the Coker Classic Gold
Line tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this '65 Coupe. On the
inside, it's also done in the factory blue color scheme. Both door
panels are in excellent condition, along with all the carpet, front
and rear. The bucket seats are beautiful as well, and all the
padding is in excellent condition. Looking at the dash, we can see
it has the woodgrain wheel. All the factory gauges are excellent as
well and working as they should. The center console houses the
four-speed shifter. We can see the headliner has a great fit and
that the visors are very nice as well.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the
hood, everything has a beautiful detail. The power comes from the
matching numbers 327 V8 engine that's set up with the factory
intake and Carter 3721SB 4 Barrel Carb. It's dressed in the painted
valve covers and dual snorkel air cleaner. The 327 V8 is mated to
the Original Muncie 4-speed trans and the correct rear end. This
'65 comes equipped with Four four-wheel disc Brakes. For exhaust,
it has manifolds with dual pipes and mufflers that exit out the
rear valance. When we look under this Corvette, we can see that the
floors are extremely well cared for. The frame is rock solid and
shows no signs of abuse from over the years. If you're in the
