History - This car was rebuilt from the ground up - with an engine restored from the block up. This car was restored by a master mechanic who rose through the automotive industry to be a regional VP for a major car manufacturer. His first car was a 1951 Chevy Coupe, and it was his intention to transform the same model of car that he drove as a teenager into a concours-grade car. This restoration spared no expense - most if not all of the stainless is NOS, and all chrome was re-chromed to be just like new. Time was taken to get paint and bodywork nearly perfect - the car is straight, and the paint job reflects the time put into getting it right. The car's original interior could have been restored as well, but he spent the money for a new restoration grade interior from Hampton Coach, which was one of the premium suppliers to the antique car industry. Unfortunately, health issues caught up with him and while the car is mechanically fully restored, The new interior is still in the original boxes from Hampton Coach, awaiting installation. New glass also awaits the new owner of this car. Once these installations are complete, this show-ready car would be the pride of any car collector.

This car also includes many boxes of additional parts.
