This T/A is hot! The colors, wheels and stance grabs you. Then you
learn about the custom chassis, a built fuel injected 455 and
Tremec 5-speed and you know you have to have it!
EXTERIOR: What a great looking design: the shaker hood scoop,
spoilers, air extractors and the low profile this one's been given
really makes it! I believe this to be a rust free body. I've been
underneath the car, it's clean right down to the rockers. It's
straight and fits real nice, the big heavy doors don't sag. What a
great color combination, the red/black/gray decals are awesome on
the white. The paint is smooth and glossy. The grills are restored
and the headlight bezels were replaced. The windshield was replaced
and the windows were tinted. It is sitting proud on custom made
Billet Specialties wheels, 18s in front and 19s in back. They are
wearing Nitto performance tires with massive 345s in back.
INTERIOR: The red interior pops against the white exterior. The
door panels and all their trim is in excellent shape. It has a new
dash cap, custom instrument panel inlay with a full set of rally
gauges and upgraded Vintage Air climate controls. There's an Alpine
Bluetooth stereo too. Nice bright red carpet with a embroidered
mats. It has a reproduction center console with the addition of cup
holders and a T-handle 5-speed Hurst shifter sticking out of it.
I've always found these seats to be extra comfortable, they have
good cushions and the upholstery is excellent in this car. Overall
the trim, kick panels, seatbelts visors all look great. The Formula
wheel is one of my favorites and this one is on a tilt column.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Check it out! A performance built 455 with dry
sump system, Edelbrock aluminum heads and intake, Edelbrock
Electronic Fuel Injection with controller, MSD ignition system, and
Doug's headers. The front of the motor has a Tru Trac billet runner
system with polished components, brackets and serpentine pulleys.
It has a modern power steering with a billet remote reservoir,
Vintage Air system and power brakes with a Wilwood master cylinder.
An aluminum radiator radiator with dual electric fans keeps it
cool. Not as cool as you're going to be owning this car!
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The paint under the trunk lid and the jamb look
nice, it has an LED trunk light. Inside is rock solid with Dynamat
sound deadener underneath the reproduction mat.
UNDERSIDE: There a lot more good stuff under this car! In front it
has a Heidts Pro-G subframe with tubular control arms, custom
swaybar, coilover adjustable gas shocks, rack & pinion steering.
Frame connectors tie the front and back together to prevent
twisting. The rear 4 link system has tubular control arms, coilover
adjustable gas shocks and dual panhard bars. It was upgraded with a
custom EFI fuel system including a stainless fuel tank. It's also
upgraded with a Wilwood brake system that has drilled and slotted
disc at all 4 wheels, 6 piston calipers in front and an e-brake
assembly. The exhaust is stainless with an x-pipe and MagnaFlow
mufflers. Looking up at the motor it is clean. The 4-speed was
swapped out for a 5-speed Tremec trans. A rebuilt driveshaft leads
back to a Strange Engineering 9 inch rear end with an aluminum
center section and posi gears. The floors appear to be rock solid.
Mini tubbed accommodate those massive rear tires!
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we
built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and
hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you
the best cars within reason.
I got really excited because it is different from what we typically
see. This is a great sporty muscle car! The combination of features
and colors are awesome.
For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the
highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide
is my professional opinion based on my experience with these
vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a
personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always
available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is
to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase
the car and share our team's insights.
Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are
interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment
with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an
admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a
car, your admission will be refunded, and you'll receive a one-year
museum membership.
