This 1954 Mercedes-Benz 300B Adenauer was originally purchased by a
U.S. serviceman stationed in Germany who brought it back to the
U.S. in 1956 where it was purchased by the second owner in Ohio. It
remained with the second owner, and then his family for 63 years
until 2019 when we acquired it.The car starts, runs, drives and
stops. It could be enjoyed as-is while maintaining and doing
improvements along the way or would be a great candidate for a full
restoration. On the interior the seating has been refurbished as
well as the extensive amount of wood throughout the car including
surrounding all of the glass. The cluster has the correct metric
gauges showing 33,493km believed to have rolled over making it
133,493km or 82,948 miles. It is equipped with a rare
Becker-Nurburg radio which is currently in operative. The car
appears to still retain its original wool headliner. The exterior is
finished in an older beige respray that is showing its age and
patina, with blemishes throughout. The chrome has pitting as
well. This would be a great addition to any collection of rare
automobiles. Contact us for further questions.
