This 1964 Shelby Daytona re-creation was produced by Upstate Super Replicars, known for producing highly detailed examples molded from the original Daytona Coupe, CSX 2299. It is powered by a 396ci Ford stroker small-block V8 engine with Edelbrock aluminum heads, DUI electronic ignition and a powder-coated side-exit exhaust system, mated to a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. The drivetrain features a Dana 44 rear end with 3.73 limited-slip differential. It rides on Trigo knockoff-style wheels wrapped in Hoosier Pro Street tires and stops with Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes. Suspension includes front and rear independent setups with front coilovers and an optional wishbone four-coil rear suspension. Additional performance components include billet control arms, rack & pinion steering and an aluminum radiator. The interior features leather bucket seats with optional headrests, G-Force 5-point harnesses, Stewart-Warner gauges and a Vintage Air climate-control system. Optional equipment includes a Le Mans-style fuel cap, carpet kit, windshield wipers and a fire suppression system.
