Vehicle Description
This frame-off restored 1969 Chevrolet K20 custom pickup is powered
by a 350ci crate engine with modern accessories, mated to a 4-speed
manual transmission. This truck was originally purchased by a dairy
farmer through Larson Motors in Gothenburg, NE. The truck received
a crew-cab conversion from Scott-Bilt in Oklahoma City, a
coachbuilder commissioned by GM. At double the price of a
standard-cab truck, the Scott-Bilt conversion lengthened the frame
and doubled the cab volume, resulting in a massive, factory-style
four-door truck. Due to extensive damage from years on the farm,
the restoration included all-new metal panels sourced from Truck
Haven in Unionville, TN. The truck was repainted in red and white
and fitted with a new black interior, new tires and wheels, and a
fresh wood bed. The original radio was updated with HD and
Bluetooth capability. The original rear seat had been removed for
milk storage and was replaced during restoration with a full-size
bench with utility buckets up front, along with a custom center
console. ** PREVIEW
