Vehicle Description
This German-built 1958 Volkswagen 23-Window Microbus was fully
restored by Street & Sand Toys in 2021 following a four-year
restoration process. It is powered by its original rebuilt 1,200cc
engine mated to a new 4-speed manual transmission and is equipped
with a factory manual crank system. The suspension and braking
systems were fully restored, and the electrical system was upgraded
to a 12-volt configuration using a Porsche generator to preserve
the engine's original appearance. The body and interior were also
completely restored with a focus on retaining originality.
Additional features include a vintage-style radio with auxiliary
input compatibility. The sale includes a certificate issued by the
