The Volkswagen Beetle Zwitter from 1952 is a rare transition model that combines the features of the older "split window" and the newer "oval window". The unique design with the divided rear window and a renewed dashboard makes this model special and very popular among collectors. The VW Zwitter was only produced for 6 months and is therefore a rare appearance that you will not come across quickly. The classic that we offer for sale here was delivered new in the Netherlands in 1952 and restored in the past. It is powered by the 1200cc 4-cylinder engine that is coupled to a manual gearbox.
The Volkswagen Beetle Zwitter is finished in a beautiful black paintwork that combines very nicely with the chrome, the chromed wheel covers and the subtle whitewalls. With the classic split rear window, it exudes nostalgia and stands out from the rest. The interior is in a neat, original condition and is equipped with fabric upholstery and the characteristic renewed dashboard with large counter.
