Survivor Classic Car Services of Chicago is proud to present this
low mileage 1994 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Under the hood is a
power-dense 350 cubic inch LT1 Gen2 small block Chevrolet V8 engine
making a respectable 275 horsepower and an even more impressive 325
pound-feet of torque. This cast-iron block with aluminum heads is
bolted to a $l60E 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission sending
power to a GM 10-bolt rear axle. With all that torque, its a good
thin this Camaro has a posi-traction differential! A 3.23 rear gear
ratio gives the ideal balance between good fuel economy and all-out
performance.
This Z28 shows less than 20,000 miles, and has a clean CarFax
history. The Bright Red paint still shines like new, and the
interior shows no visible wear. The Camaro eagerly takes to the
road with no complaints. Going over bumps brings out no rattles,
squeaks, clunks, or other unpleasant sounds. The steering wheel is
tight, with no drifts, pulls, or dragging in the brakes. This Z28
is a true delight.
GM produced a lot of 4th generation Camaros (and its sister car,
the Firebird.) Finding one with exceptionally low mileage like this
is becoming harder and harder to do. Over the last 20 years, many
of these have been hot-rodded, wrecked, or simply used to
exhaustion. This Z28 is a beautiful surviving example of one of
Chevys most desirable offerings from 20 years ago. This Camaro
would be easily as comfortable in a museum as it would be going to
a fun cruise on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Throw the T-tops in the
back, and enjoy the breeze!
