1966 Ford Ranchero
We are pleased to present our Blue Night Mist 1966 Ford Ranchero, a
superbly preserved survivor that distinguishes itself through
remarkable originality and outstanding condition. This classic
vehicle is powered by a 289 cubic inch V8 engine and showcases a
matching blue interior, clean chrome, and clear glass. These
qualities, along with numerous other features, contribute to its
reputation as a rare and sought-after find.
Background
The Ford Ranchero was manufactured as a coupe utility vehicle from
1957 until 1979. Unlike traditional pickup trucks, the Ranchero was
constructed on a two-door station wagon platform, seamlessly
blending the cab and cargo bed into a unified body design. The
success of the original Ranchero inspired General Motors to release
a direct competitor, the Chevrolet El Camino, in 1959.
Features and Appearance
This 1966 Ranchero features a striking Blue Night Mist exterior and
is equipped with a robust 289 cubic inch V8 engine, including a
4-barrel carburetor, aluminum intake, and roller rockers. The
vehicle delivers an impressive sound and rides on aluminum billet
wheels paired with black wall tires, giving it an ideal stance and
appealing look.
