Description:
This 1976 Triumph TR6 is a red-over-black convertible said to have
been refurbished in 2010 and acquired by the current owner in 2013.
It is equipped with an overhauled 2.5-liter inline-six paired with
a four-speed manual transmission as well as a black convertible
top, Panasport 15? wheels, an oil cooler, lowering springs, a rear
tube shock conversion, aluminum steering rack mounts, and a dual
exhaust system with ANSA mufflers.
Interior:
The bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl, and the car has
three-point seatbelts, rubber Triumph-branded floor mats, a wood
dash fascia, a locking glovebox, and a heater. The aftermarket
steering wheel fronts a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer while
gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel
level are mounted in the center of the dashboard.
Exterior:
Factory-finished in Java Green, the car received a repaint in red
under previous ownership in 2010, and the floor pans have been
replaced. It has a black convertible soft top with reflective
stripes as well as a top boot, a plastic front air dam, Union Jack
decals, rubber bumper overriders, and dual side mirrors. Panasport
15? alloy wheels wear General Altimax HP tires measuring 205/65 and
bearing 2011 production codes. Stopping power is provided by front
disc and rear drum brakes.
Drivetrain:
The 2.5-liter inline-six reportedly was overhauled roughly 2k miles
ago and it is fitted with a spin-on oil filter adapter with braided
stainless lines running to a front-mounted oil cooler. Power is
routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual
transmission.
