Mustang Shelby GT350H fastback tribute for sale in our Mesa,
Arizona showroom. The Mustang was completed in 2010 and has been
kept in a garage ever since. This was originally a "C" code Mustang
with added Shelby trim. The car is finished in Raven Black with
Hertz Rent-A-Racer Gold trim over black interior.
Exterior:
Finished in Raven Black with Hertz Gold s. This is a Hertz tribute
that pays respect to a time I think we all wish we could revisit.
Hertz and Shelby came together to offer the Mustang as a daily
rental back in September of 1965 with the "Rent-A-Racer"
program.
Interior:
The cabin features front bucket seats, and a folding rear bench
trimmed in black vinyl along with color-coordinated door panels and
carpets. A Carroll Shelby signature adorns the dashboard. The
instrumentation consists of a 140-MPH speedometer flanked by gauges
for fuel, oil, amps, and temp. There is an auxiliary gauge mounted
to the dash indicating a 9K RPM tach. It now features an updated
AM/FM with AUX radio. The Vintage AC is in working order.
Engine:
Power comes from a 289ci HiPo V8 with a Paxton Supercharger. The
289ci HiPo V8 was rebuilt with a Paxton Supercharger, aluminum
radiator, Cobra dress-up kit, with A/C.
Transmission:
Tremec 5-speed manual transmission
Brakes:
4-wheel disc brakes, rack and pinion steering.
Wheels and Tire:
Magnum 500 Hertz style wheels and white-letter BF Goodrich T/A
tires measuring P225/60R15.
The Mustang will be sold on a clean Arizona title.
