Here is a beautiful 1972 Ford Ranchero GT with a 351 Cleveland 4V engine,
C6 automatic transmission, 9” limited slip rear axle with 3.23 gears, AC,
power steering, power disc brakes, remote mirror and more.
The GT is denoted by 48 on the door tag and the 351 C by the Q in the VIN.
Meaning this car has the next biggest engine after the 429 and beefier suspension with bigger sway bars front and rear, hood scoop, stripes and more.
This car has been in California its whole life and still retains the title from
the original owner that I just got it from. He has taken great care of the
car and whatever was needed, was replaced. The engine and transmission
were rebuilt, brakes, rear axle, shocks etc within the last 10k miles.
Paint was done some 15 years ago in the original blue metallic color and I
have polished it to a deep shine. There is no, or have ever been, any rust on
this car! Body panels are all original and fit well. A layer of Herculiner covers the bed for protection.
The black interior was restored recently and looks great, no cracks on the dash.
It still sports the original Firestone spare tire with 0 miles behind the seat!
The car rides on American Racing rims with white letter tires, 235/60 15 in
front and 255/60 15 in rear. Rechromed bumpers, new gas tank and a brand new Flowmaster dual exhaust system with a nice throaty sound.
This car is fast and fun to drive, and leaves no spots on the garage floor,
the steering is easy, shifting is precise and brakes are effective. AC blows cold and
the stereo works. Here is a trouble free, stunning looking car with popping
colors in the sun, that you can enjoy while picking up the weekly shopping items with plenty of horsepower!
