Rare 1967 Chevrolet Nova Super Sport coupe verified by its 118 vin.
This beauty is a newer build being completed in 2023. It may look
like a show car, but this baby was built to be DRIVEN! A
PRO-TOURING in its soul with performance power, up-grades to the
suspension, brakes, engine and more! This 67 NOVA SS is built to be
driven on the street, at the track, or on the drag strip. Solid
reliable build that gets tons of looks and brings home the
trophies.
Suspension upgrades and components for better handling. A 2" lower
Caltracts Performance no hop Muilt rear leaf springs & added rear
sway bar. The original was single and no sway bar. Global West
welded in subframe connectors. Narrowed GM 12 bolt 1" off each side
to allow 17" x 8" Spike wheel rims and no mini tubs. Running BF
Goodrich Super Comp tires 255/50/17" rear tires are much larger
than stock of only allowing 6-7" rims. A 32 spline Dutchman axes,
POSI and 3.73 gears. CPP front end tubular subframe suspension kit
with large 1-1/4" sway bar and with high end adjustable front
coil-over springs. Modern braking system for better stopping power.
Wildwood 4-wheel disc brakes with cross drilled rotors. Detailed
undercarriage that has never seen rain. It is show ready.
All NEW High-Performance motor and accessories. Note has never been
raced. A 1977 high nickel 355 small block, all pro built, balance
and blue printed motor, 230 Pro Dart heads, and 7000 rpm. Roller
rockets, and a Weiand 177 roots blower with 8.0 lbs. of boots, 890
Holley blower carb and high flow fuel pump making 600 HP. All new
accessories such as all polished water pump, power steering, and
MSD ignition. To keep it running cool a 4-core aluminum radiator
with 2800 cfm fans. A 700-R transmission with a 2800 stall with
full lock-up converter. New gas tank, sending unit, and new fuel
lines. Even the drive line is new! The unique growl is thanks to
Dougs Thermos coated shorty block heads. The Pypes race pro exhaust
system 2.5" gives no inside drone noise. Quiet when cursing, but
load when stopped on. Powered by an Optima battery. The '67 has all
new wiring, cables, and hoses.
Painted in a stunning red that is a true 9.9. Great show ready
chrome and stainless. The factory black original interior shows
very well, but does come with two new front seat skins. An upgrade
gauge cluster that looks like a 66-67 Chevelle style. Great
condition door cards, carpet, head liner and visors. Has an Ididot
tilt column with a restored factory steering wheel. Yes, this has
the factory console. Plus, a custom fit California car cover is
included.
A few items that are available: factory hood that is painted to
match. The original rebuilt 283 motor with a 4-barrel intake a 275
HP motor. The motor is complete long block with the rare curved
only for Nova Ram Horn manifolds. The recessed filter boss and oil
pan only made for Nova. Plus, the original front suspension. This
is a package deal for $4500.00. There is a choice a 1967 327ci
motor that can be installed as a replacement and the price adjusted
accordingly $75,000.00.
