33,147 MILES!!! Same owner since 2007! METICULOUS is the only word to describe this collectible TJ. It gets even better the more you look. Of course the outstanding 4.0 straight six fuel injected engine with it's notorious reliability. One of the last great Jeeps to have that powerplant. Mated to the ever popular SIX SPEED MANUAL transmission. The Rubicon package and all it's off road attributes. A/C, original CD stereo, cruise control and tilt. A removable hardtop model with the cool, original dealer accessory 'add-a-trunk' Rear storage compartment. Then of course that Solar Yellow paint. Does it get much better than that?
Garaged since new, there is hardly a flaw to point out. Not a ding or a scratch to be had. Very obviously loved! Very clean undercarriage with as you'd expect, not rotted components. A super clean frame. Some surface scale on some of the factory untreated metal as to be expected. Especially for a New England Jeep but as you'll see in the pictures, nothing substantial. All very minor and at the surface. I was at the Jeep dealers when these were new and within months of delivery new, that is what they started to look like. Not uncommon at all. Check out the pics. This is exactly how we got the car.
A squeaky clean Carfax report showing zero accidents and the same owner since 2007. No major issues, ever. Even still wearing it's original Good Year MT/R tires and they look brand new! We did an oil change and a four wheel brake replacement. The original pads still had plenty of life left but the rotors were badly pitted so we made the decision to do a four wheel brake replacement. A bonus!
These TJ's are fast becoming collectible and valuable. Try finding one with less that 100K or even 200K miles. Like this they are like hens teeth. Unobtainium. Plus, this one has ALL the right boxes checked.
