For Sale is my 1929 Mercedes SSK Gazelle Replica built by Classic Motor Carriages Inc. It was built in 1986 on a 1973 Ford Pinto platform. It has a four cylinder Ford engine with a 3 speed automatic transmission. The car is in good condition and looks really cool. It does have a few scratches and nicks but they have been touched up and are not noticeable. The car starts and runs great! It rides nicer than most of my other classic cars. It has a fiberglass body that is in good condition. The undercarriage is in nice condition with no rust anywhere. The car does seep a little oil and transmission fluid, but no more than my other classics. I change the oil each spring and don’t need to add any all summer. I add a small amount of transmission fluid each spring to the full line and am good for the summer also. The interior is in good condition, even the carpet is very clean. The gauges all work but the gas gauge reads lower than it should. It is a fun car to drive and gets lots of attention. The exhaust does smoke a small amount but the engine runs smoothly and has lots of power. It has a small back seat that our nieces and nephews love to ride in, however it is rather small for adults. If you are looking for an inexpensive cool looking car to take to car shows or out to dinner, this would be a good choice. Thank you for your interest!
