fabulous 1955 Mercury Montclair with Continental Kit. Completely
restored 25 years ago and owned by current owner since restoration.
Driven 20K miles since owned. The car is still in overall excellent
condition with rebuilt 292CI and Merc-O-Matic automatic
transmission. Power steering, power front disc brakes with electric
vacuum pump for the bigger dual master cylinder, New 4 Barrel 500
CFM Holley Carb and new aluminum radiator. Factory correct
Persimmon exterior color with black accents and black hard top in
overall excellent condition with a few minor imperfections as
shown. Very clean coordinated interior of persimmon, black and
white. Interior seating covered with factory correct plastic 4 year
ago and in excellent condition. Headliner in excellent condition.
Beautiful dash with full gauge cluster including aftermarket Equus
gauges mounted under dash. Tissue box with Pioneer AM/FM with CD
mounted behind. Car has a continental kit that functions as it
should and has a beautifully airbrushed Drive-in scene on the tire
holder. Dual chrome non-functional dummy spotlights. All the glass
on the car is clear and in excellent condition. Clean Trunk
compartment with full rubber mat, spare and jack along with first
aid kit. All the panels on the car line up nicely on the car and
all of the chrome, badging and trim pieces are intact and in
excellent condition. Underneath the car is very clean with some
minimal surface rust and some peeling of the old undercoating as
shown. Features dual exhaust exiting the rear of the car with 2
inch chrome tips. Car rides on 2 year old Diamondback wide
whitewall tires with 1957 Dodge Lancer hubs in the front and the
factory chrome Mercury hubcaps on the rear tires. All are in
excellent condition. Factory rear fender skirts. A few minor things
requiring attention include the dash lights, odometer and clock are
not currently working as well as the Neutral safety switch needing
attention. Car has alway been mechanically maintained by the
current owner and always garaged. New Fuel Pump and Solenoid Jan
2026. Stored in MA and comes with a car cover and clean MA title in
the owner's name. All the lights and signals work as expected and
car passes MA State Inspection. A real head turner that runs,
