This isn't just another GTO, this one is very special, desirable and collectible. Yes, it's beautifully restored but it is much more than that. This one was ordered with the HO motor, a 4-speed and a posi rear. It's documented by Pontiac Historic Services. The motor, transmission, and rear end numbers match. It has a rare factory color too.

EXTERIOR: The body fit and finish is excellent. Those big flat panels don't have a ripple, the panels line up great, doors shut like new. Repainted its original Silverglaze color. The metallic paint is laid out evenly and polished smooth and glossy. The windshield is new, the windows are very clear and fit nice too. The chrome and trim are straight and shiny. The vinyl top is mint. The optional rear mount power antenna works. It is looking good on a set of 14x7 Rally I wheels wrapped in BFG radial redline tires.

INTERIOR: It's pretty much like new, you can sit in this car and look around and be very impressed! In front of you is a mint dash area with the rally gauges and a deluxe steering wheel. The dash pad, instrument bezel and wheel where replaced. It has its original radio with an FM converter mounted under the dash. Down on the floor is real nice fitting carpet, original floor mats and seatbelts. The seats were rebuilt, recushioned and reupholstered like new. The center console looks like new, and the Hurst shifter has the optional shifter knob. The door panels, armrests, headliner and visors were replaced.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Restored to factory condition. It has its original 400-360hp H.O. motor, the unit number stamped on it matches the PHS docs. It has correct 670 heads, intake, carb, and H.O. exhaust manifolds. Dressed in correct valve covers and open element air cleaner. Optional power steering and brakes make it a pleasure to drive. All the components look clean and proper. The metal surfaces are painted nicely.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and jamb are painted really nice. Inside is rock solid metal neatly painted spatter finish. The weatherstrip and mat were replaced. It is complete with jack, spare and even a car cover.

UNDERSIDE: It had been ground up restored. This GTO has the ride and handling package. It looks like all the suspension and steering was rebuilt during the restoration. It has a neatly installed dual exhaust with crossover pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. The brake system was also restored, it has optional disc in front, e-brake is hooked up, the lines were replaced. The fuel system is also in excellent shape. Looking up at the motor it is clean Pontiac blue with a correct starter. It also has the correct dated and coded Muncie 4-speed transmission. In back it has it's original YH code 3.55 Saf-T-Track rear end. The metal floors and chassis components are dry clean metal neatly painted black.

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you the best cars within reason.

Again, this is a special GTO worthy of the best collection, or it could be just that right one to fill a garage space. The authenticity, quality and desirable features are what makes this the "Great One".
