Vehicle Description
The custom 1972 Chevrolet C10 is a frame-off nut-and-bolt restored
pickup powered by a fuel-injected Chevrolet 6.0-liter GM LS V8
engine with Texas Speed cam and a custom aluminum intake manifold
with throttle body, backed by a 4L60E automatic transmission. It is
also equipped with a GM power management system, exhaust headers
and a custom dual-bed side-exit 3-inch Flowmaster exhaust. The
engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with electric cooling
fans. A lowering kit has been installed to give this truck its
stance, including tubular upper and lower control arms, custom rear
suspension and Vixen ALR 4-wheel air-ride. This pickup was
disassembled and painted piece by piece and then reassembled. The
frame was sandblasted and powder-coated green to match. The TMI
interior features custom buckets and a center console with built-in
billet aluminum cupholders, custom door panels, wrapped custom
steering wheel, Classic Instruments gauges, push-button start,
Vintage Air system, power windows, keyless entry and an Alpine
stereo. Wilwood slotted disc brakes were installed for the front
and rear, and it rides on 20-inch Ridler wheels. This custom build
took over two years to complete, and it has been driven only 549
miles since completion. ** PREVIEW
