1940 Ford Cabriolet Deluxe. This is an all steel car with a custom
2 inch chop. It has a manual fold down cloth convertible by Hearts
top and a matching boot. There is a custom Leather interior and
square weave carpet. Front bucket seat with power drive, Auto Meter
Deco-Gauge cluster, aftermarket tilt column with banjo Billet
steering wheel and power windows and tinted glass. This build has a
Ron Francis wiring harness. Newport engineering windshield wipers,
Vintage Air w/heat. Custom electric hood and trunk releases. All
the exterior handles have been shaved so the car has a remote
entry. The body has custom treatment from the chop to the shaved
handles and the hood and caromed Brizo bumpers. The build was
painted with three stage pearl white PPG paint. The car is powered
with a small block crate 5.7 ltr Chevrolet, 383 with a color coated
TPI fuel injected system pushing a 700 R4 transmission, HPC coated
headers, Griffin aluminum radiator. This 40 Ford rides on a mustang
two front end w/power steering and power disc brakes with Hydra
Boost. Ridding on Aladdin adjustable coil over shocks on all four
corners, sitting on a four Link suspension attached to a 9 inch
Ford rear end. Staggered American Torque Thrust II wheels, 15 inch
