This Pontiac Tempest is a one owner car! It was recently retrieved from long-term storage of over 25 years. All fluids were checked and replaced including engine oil and filter. The carburetor was rebuilt and the car was correctly brought out of its slumber!
Paint and body:
The car was repainted prior to storage. It retains the original color it came with from the factory. The seller does note some "minor blemishes".
Engine and Drive Train:
The engine was completely overhauled prior to entering long term storage. This 230ci Straight 6 engine was recently given a fresh tune-up including new plugs, new wires, points, condenser and timing set. A new aluminum radiator was installed (the original radiator is available to the new owner) along with a new thermostat and hoses. A new battery was installed and the brakes were overhauled.
Tires:
Brand new Redline tires cover the original Pontiac steel rims, including a matching spare tire.
Interior:
This Tempest retains it' original vinyl floor and presents with no rips or holes. Brand new seat covers were installed over new foam and burlap. The doors are covered by brand new door panels along with new chrome armrests and pads. A new package tray was installed and the seller reports the original dash pad is in excellent condition. All glass is reported to be in very good condition. A new trunk mat covers the trunk floor.

All chrome was recently polished
