Vehicle Description
This Resto-Mod 1964 Lincoln Continental convertible had over 1,000
hours invested in the build. When the original engine was swapped
out, the factory K-member of the frame was modified to allow
fitment of the car's second-generation Ford 5.0-liter Coyote V8
crate engine, which is paired with a 4R70W automatic transmission.
It also has a custom TIG-welded stainless-steel exhaust and 4-wheel
air-bag suspension. The original air-conditioning box has been
removed and updated with a modern-day Vintage Air system. The
convertible top and window-drop operation electronics have been
rebuilt, and the top is covered in black Stayfast canvas. This
Continental rides on 20-inch custom wheels fitted with brand-new
Diamond Back whitewall tires. The exterior is finished in black,
and the interior has a factory look with black medium-grain leather
upholstery, complemented by components that include the original
factory steering wheel, which has been restored to full working
order and is covered in leather. The original radio is a
push-button updated AM/FM converted with a Bluetooth system, and
the car also has an upgraded power antenna and Dakota Digital dash
controls. ** PREVIEW
