This 1970 Pontiac GTO was delivered new to Bendall Pontiac in
Alexandria, Virginia. It is finished in Palisade Green with a Dark
Green interior and a Dark Green Cordova top. Equipped with a 400
CI, 330 HP engine, an M40 Hydramatic automatic transmission, and a
G80 Safe-T-Track rear differential.
Additional factory options include a U69 AM/FM radio, D33
remote-control left-hand mirror, N98 Rally II wheels, U30 Rally
gauge cluster with tachometer, D55 console, N41 variable-ratio
power steering, JL2 power front disc brakes, A01 Soft Ray tinted
glass, C60 air conditioning, Y96 ride and handling shocks and
springs, UA1 heavy-duty battery, and K45 heavy-duty air
cleaner.
This GTO is the recipient of a 2025 restoration. A complete new
factory interior was installed, including a new headliner, carpet,
and seat covers. Mechanically, this GTO features a 400 CI engine
with a mild upgraded camshaft, providing an exceptional idle and
driving manners. The exterior features a base coat/clear coat paint
job with a show-quality finish. A set of restored Rally II wheels
and F70-15 Goodyear bias-ply tires complete the appearance of this
quintessential Pontiac muscle car.
