Vehicle Description
1953 GMC 150 Pickup DGT7221 VIN 101-22 S-17221 He called us and
wanted to sell his GMC pick up so he drove it up from Camino Island
to Drager's clubhouse and we bought it. Always looking for good
trucks. It looks like he owned it since 2010. I think he owned it
longer than that? This is a truck that you had to really look at to
see how neat it really is. For one thing we didn't find any rust
anywhere or rust repair. Yes, it has a 228 cu in 100 HP
six-cylinder engine and it's an TH 200 3 speed automatic
transmission. Power steering that really makes it a great driver
then you realize it has power disc brakes on the front and it also
has a Mustang II front end. Then when you start it up and listen to
it, you realize it has a split exhaust system. If you've never
heard of a six cylinder split exhaust system, you'd recognize it
real fast they sound neat. It has an updated wood bed. Chrome,
front and rear bumpers. Rally wheels with beauty rings and almost
new 225/75R15 Hankook Tires. The interior is good headliner looks
great and it has 2 bucket seats? Plus a center console. Dolphin
gauge and speedometer. The speedometer shows 62,284 miles. Has a
late model steering column. Electric wipers and the heater blows
hot. The radio does not work? So you can see this truck has had a
lot of work done to it to make it a really good driver. I really
like the color. I'm not quite sure it's a really light gray is the
best way to describe the color. Looks great. So you can see it's
not your average truck. It's not all banged up. It's straight. The
pain is very nice. I think you'll enjoy owning this truck. If
you're looking for a truck this is one you gotta take a good close.
Look at you will not be disappointed.
