If myself and others in the hobby had a crystal ball, we'd try to pick what cars ill be collectible in the future. Many of us might disagree on some but most will agree. The unmodified, stock and clean examples of these cars will undoubtedly be near the top. Here is a perfect example of just such.
A one owner car sold new in Arizona (Note the window tint) and moved by it's owner to California in 2014. An accident fee Carfax. All original paint and a fade free, red cloth GT interior. All the right boxes checked, most notably a FIVE SPEED manual transmission. Power windows, locks, cruise control and COLD A/C round it off nicely. All four power windows work with ease (rare) and the car runs and drives like it's a two year old used car in 1991. Just a sweet, 80's time capsule.
Ford built a lot of these cars but so few survived as so many got used and severely abused and modified. Ruined really. To find one like this is like finding a needle in a haystack. Nothing to do but drive and enjoy.
