Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 2007 Aston Martin V8
Vantage Roadster. Finished in Titatium Silver over Chancellor Red
interior, this is, in our opinion, one of the most attractive color
combinations available on a modern Aston. Garage-kept condition
inside and out with little to no discernible wear. Appearance
remains stock aside from an exquisite (and expensive) milled
aluminum DBS shift knob. Factory 18-inch wheels are wearing
Michelin Pilot Sports with 2020 date codes and nearly full tread
remaining. Titan Grey convertible top is in good condition inside
and out, and the top mechanism works properly. This car lived in
Nevada and California until moving to Georgia in 2016. Clean
CarFax. Original owner's manual and two factory keys are
included.
Under the hood is Aston's 4.3 liter four-cam V8 rated at 380
horsepower, which is mated to a six-speed manual transmission (the
rear transaxle setup gives the Vantage nearly perfect weight
distribution). Oil service completed fewer than 1,000 miles ago.
Drivetrain is mostly stock aside from a few mild performance
upgrades, including a Velocity AP touring exhaust, an upgraded
two-plate clutch, and the Velocity AP tune (which remaps the
throttle response to better pair with the upgraded clutch). The
clutch was installed in 2016 at 37k miles.
While slightly heavier (and more comfortable) than a contemporary
Porsche 911 Cabriolet, it feels more nimble and sporting than many
other GT cars we have driven. It's a true driver's car that's
rewarding to drive spiritedly, and the engine note is sublime. And
it's undeniably one of the best-looking cars made, with timeless
styling that remains relevant today. This example is fully serviced
and ready for its next owner to enjoy.
