Classic Car Addict is proud to present this stunning 1970 Chevrolet
C10 Custom Stepside for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. This
professionally built custom pickup blends classic Chevrolet styling
with modern performance, comfort, and handling. Power comes from a
GM Performance 502ci big-block V8 paired with a Hughes-built 4L80E
four-speed automatic transmission, while the truck is finished in
sleek Silver over a custom black interior.
Interior:
The custom cabin features supportive black synthetic leather bucket
seats accented by matching upholstery throughout. Unique Alligator
Juniper wood trim highlights the custom window cranks, door
handles, and armrests, adding a distinctive handcrafted touch. A
beautiful Live Oak Burl three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a
Dakota Digital gauge cluster displaying a 160-mph speedometer,
8,000-rpm tachometer, fuel level, voltage, coolant temperature, oil
pressure, clock, and digital odometer, which currently reads 2,264
miles. Additional amenities include Vintage Air climate control, an
Alpine Bluetooth-compatible head unit, LED interior accent
lighting, and extensive sound deadening and heat insulation with
sealed seams for a quiet, comfortable driving experience.
Exterior:
The body has been refinished in Silver using a high-quality
basecoat/clearcoat finish and is complemented by a custom stepside
bed sourced from a later-model OBS Chevrolet pickup. A SnugTop hard
bed cover provides secure storage while maintaining the truck's
clean profile. Modern JW Speaker LED headlights improve nighttime
visibility, while the lowered stance is enhanced by 17-inch
two-piece Billet AM Racing Rally wheels wrapped in 225/65R17 tires.
Steering is upgraded with a CPP steering box, and stopping power
comes from hydroboost-assisted Baer 14-inch drilled and slotted
disc brakes with a Wilwood master cylinder. The suspension features
QA1 tubular upper and lower control arms, front and rear sway bars,
and Ridetech/Fox adjustable shocks, delivering exceptional handling
and ride quality.
Engine & Drivetrain:
Under the hood is a GM Performance 502ci big-block V8 built around
a GM Performance short block and topped with an Edelbrock intake
manifold, Air Flow Research cylinder heads, cast aluminum valve
covers, and a matching air cleaner assembly. Ignition duties are
handled by an MSD distributor and ignition system, while Holley
Terminator electronic fuel injection with an upgraded ECU provides
reliable starts and crisp throttle response. Performance is further
enhanced with a COMP camshaft, COMP roller rockers, pushrods, and
Thorley ceramic-coated headers.
Cooling is managed by a Ron Davis aluminum radiator with dual
electric fans, an external engine oil cooler, and an external
transmission cooler to help keep temperatures in check. Power is
delivered through a Hughes-built 4L80E four-speed automatic
transmission with a matched torque converter to the rear wheels. A
Boyd baffled fuel tank with an in-tank fuel injection pump supplies
fuel, while a custom 3-inch stainless steel dual exhaust system
with Aero Chamber mufflers gives the 502 a deep, unmistakable
big-block sound.
This exceptional custom C10 combines timeless styling with modern
engineering, resulting in a pickup that's equally at home on the
highway, at local cruise nights, or on the show field.
The truck will be sold with a clean title.
