Vehicle Description
This 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer CST 4-wheel drive originally from
California is now powered by an upgraded turbocharged Chevrolet
Performance 5.3-liter V8 engine mated to a TH350 automatic
transmission. The engine has LS7 lifters, chromoly pushrods,
Howard's .600 lift springs, Pro Cool head studs, LS9 head gaskets,
decapped and flowed injectors, and poly motor mounts. It is also
equipped with a BorgWarner S475 Turbo with a 2 44mm wastegate, a
50mm blow-off valve and a two-bar map sensor. This Blazer also has
a TCI 36 element sprag and drum kit, Red alto clutches with Kolene
steels, TCI deep oil pan and B&M shift kit and 4000 10-inch
stall converter with anti-ballooning plate, all mated to an NP205
transfer case that was completely rebuilt. The interior features an
AutoMeter gauge cluster. During the comprehensive frame-off
restoration, the Blazer was repainted back to its original factory
Medium Olive poly color, and it has had numerous upgrades. Air
