Description:
This 2012 Mini Cooper S is one of 140 "Inspired by Goodwood"
Editions produced for the US market in collaboration with
Rolls-Royce, and it now has 50k miles. It spent time in South
Carolina before being sold on BaT in February 2021 and subsequently
fitted with replacement taillights, a trunk-mounted subwoofer, and
red wheel center caps in addition to gloss black badging and
exterior trim. Finished in Reef Blue Metallic over Cornsilk
leather, the car is powered by a turbocharged 1.6-liter inline-four
paired with a six-speed automatic transaxle.
Interior:
The heated front bucket seats and a rear bench are trimmed in
Cornsilk leather, while piano black and walnut trim accents the
cabin. A trunk-mounted subwoofer has been fitted, and amenities
include "Inspired by Goodwood" sill plates, automatic climate
control, a Harman Kardon CD stereo, and both lambswool and rubber
floor mats. The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames
an 8k-rpm tachometer and a digital speedometer. The central 160-mph
speedometer features a Rolls Royce font and encircles a digital
screen, a fuel gauge, and vehicle warning lights.
Exterior:
The car is finished in Reef Blue Metallic and features Goodwood
side scuttles, adaptive xenon headlights, Park Distance Control,
fog lights, a rear spoiler, and power mirrors. Gloss black badging
and light surrounds have been fitted, as well as replacement
taillights. Silver-finished 17? alloy wheels showing curb rash are
mounted with 205/45 Bridgestone Driveguard tires. The car is
equipped with four-wheel disc brakes as well as Dynamic Stability
Control.
Drivetrain:
The turbocharged and intercooled 1.6L inline-four sends power to
the front wheels through a six-speed automatic transaxle.
