Vehicle Description
This custom 1969 Pontiac GTO was originally sold new at Packer
Pontiac in Miami, FL. It underwent a full frame-off restoration
while preserving its factory body. Stored in a dry environment for
20 years before restoration, the car required minimal body repairs,
aside from a trunk pan replacement. The restoration, completed in
2021, was carefully executed to maintain originality while
incorporating modern reliability and drivability enhancements.
Power comes from a completely rebuilt 400ci V8 engine with No. 48
head castings, a Holley Street Demon carburetor and Flowmaster
3-inch dual exhaust. The engine is paired with a Richmond Super
Street 5-speed manual transmission. The suspension features tubular
front-end components and QA1 4-wheel adjustable coilovers for
improved handling. Stopping power comes from Wilwood 4-wheel disc
brakes, complemented by power steering. This car retains its
original 10-bolt 3.55 posi-traction rear end, along with an
operational Ram Air induction system and a hood tachometer. The
exterior is finished in PPG Delton Base/Clear Viper Blue and was
wet-sanded and buffed to a high gloss. The interior is upgraded
with 2005 Pontiac GTO power leather bucket seats, Dakota Digital
gauges, Vintage Air system and a JBL Stadium Club Bluetooth stereo
system. The factory tinted glass remains intact. It has been stored
in a climate-controlled garage and occasionally driven to car
shows. PHS paperwork confirms its status as an original 242 VIN
GTO. The original Muncie 4-speed transmission is included in sale
