Factory Super-90 Cabriolet has been under single family ownership
for the past five (5) decades, equipped with its matching
driveline, finished in its original color combination of Signal Red
(6211) over Black leather upholstery. Optional equipment features
an Interior Mirror, a Car Cover, two Exterior Mirrors, Coco Mats, a
Chrome-Plated Deluxe Signal Ring, a Berlin Blaupunkt Radio, two
Loudspeakers, and an Antenna.
The paintwork is older and has patina, retaining its original
components, including the turn signal housings, lenses, and
brightwork. The glass is predominantly original, with original
markings. The soft top frame has been reupholstered with a new
canvas top, pad, and headliner, as well as a zip-out rear window
and a new boot cover. The upholstery is mostly original and has
been exceptionally well-preserved. New German square weave carpets
have been recently installed, with a VDM steering wheel, factory
VDO instrumentation, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio. The 4 � x 15
chrome slotted wheels equipped with Super hubcaps are mounted to
Nexen SB-802 tires (2022). The undercarriage is in excellent
overall condition, with no rust, and is fully detailed along with
all the suspension.
Powered by its matching 1600cc flat-four Super-90 engine (Type
616/7) paired to the matching 4-speed manual transmission (Type
741) with four-wheel drum braking system. European Collectibles has
completely gone through the fuel system, rebuilt the top end of the
motor, and rebuilt the braking system. Complete with a Porsche
Kardex, additional keys, and spare wheel. A unique opportunity to
