Description:
This 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera cabriolet was purchased by its first
owner in the US and subsequently imported to Venezuela, where it is
said to have been purchased by the current owner in 1997 and
returned to the US in 2022. The car is powered by a 3.6-liter
flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and is finished
in Polar Silver over black partial leather. Equipment includes a
black soft top, 17? Turbo Twist wheels, power-adjustable front
seats, a Becker Porsche CDR-210 stereo, cruise control, and air
conditioning.
Interior:
The power-adjustable front seats are upholstered in black partial
leather and complemented by a color-coordinated center console,
door panels, and carpeting. Amenities include a Becker Porsche
CDR-210 stereo, cruise control, air conditioning, and a wind
deflector. The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO
instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm
redline, a 180-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for oil
pressure, oil temperature, oil level, and fuel level.
Exterior:
The car is finished in Polar Silver and features a
power-retractable black soft top, headlight washers, fog lights,
power-adjustable mirrors, a speed-activated rear spoiler, dual
exhaust outlets, and a "basket handle" fixed rear spoiler with an
integrated third brake light. The 17? Turbo Twist wheels are
mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Braking is handled by
Porsche-branded calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four
corners.
Drivetrain:
The air-cooled 3.6L M64 flat-six features a VarioRam intake system
and was factory-rated at 282 horsepower and 250 lb-ft of torque.
