This stunning 1968 Chevelle is a made-to-order, fully
remanufactured authentic vintage Chevelle restomod, exceptionally
well-rounded for both street and track performance. Sporting
beautiful burgundy metallic paint and a multitude of modern
upgrades, it seamlessly blends classic style with contemporary
performance. What sets this car apart from others in the market is
the inclusion of all-new meticulously-chosen components backed by a
3-year, 36,000 mile warranty, including the engine and
transmission. Yes, that's right! This is a 1968 Chevelle that will
drive and handle like a new car with a factory warranty! How can we
offer this? Because all of the components are brand-new, making you
feel like you're driving a classic piece of automotive history with
many of the creature comforts, conveniences, and reliability of the
best muscle cars of today. This Chevelle is part of our
Build-It-Your-Way custom series but is one of our Fast-Track
builds, ensuring delivery of the completed vehicle within just 120
days after purchase. It will be built using our proven formula,
with some options selected by you, including the choice to upgrade
to an automatic transmission or change the rear-end gear ratio.
At the heart of this beast lies a brand-new naturally-aspirated GM
LS3 525 horsepower crate motor with Borla 8-Stack fuel injection,
pairing retro looks with modern performance and adding an
additional 50 horsepower for a total of 575 HP. The motor is mated
to a beefy GM 6L80E 6 speed automatic transmission or a Tremec TKX
5 speed manual transmission and a Ford 9-inch rear end with
posi-traction, ensuring it can handle the power.
Every aspect of this Chevelle has been meticulously engineered and
thought out in order to create the ultimate driver; a car that can
effortlessly and comfortably drive cross-country while still having
the power and handling to scare anyone in the passenger seat. The
entire chassis has been removed, stripped, sandblasted, reinforced,
and painted. In addition to being boxed, it now includes our
performance frame bracing kit, which provides significantly-greater
stiffness compared to the factory setup while being lighter than an
aftermarket chassis. Upgrades include QA1 tubular upper and lower
control arms, QA1 coil-over double-adjustable shocks and springs,
QA1 front and rear sway bars, 12" Wilwood 6-piston front and
4-piston rear power disk brakes, and power rack and pinion
steering. One prominent and unique feature is our adjustable rear
shock angle mounts, allowing for 6 different mounting angles to
choose from depending on the type of driving you are doing. A
significant amount of new parts have been engineered and fabricated
in-house to be superior to other aftermarket pieces on the market,
and endless custom bracketry has been designed to ensure every
component is mounted cleanly and sturdily.
This car includes several features never before seen in a vintage
Chevelle, such as the available option of three different
vacuum-operated exhaust modes: Sport Mode, Trailer Park Mode, and
Stealth Mode. In Sport Mode, the exhaust opens up only under heavy
acceleration. Trailer Park Mode keeps the exhaust constantly open
and loud. Stealth Mode remains closed and quiet to avoid disturbing
the neighbors. All three of these modes can be controlled via push
button on the dash.
This Chevelle is equipped with Crager 15x8 rear wheels and 15x7
front wheels, offering a more classic appearance compared to most
restomods. Often, restomods feature large rims and thin tires for a
more modern and sporty look. However, this wheel and tire setup has
been selected to provide more sidewall flex and greater comfort on
rough roads, while also giving the car a meatier look combined with
its aggressive, lowered stance.
Moving onto the interior, a slew of modern features and creature
comforts can be found, all integrated without straying too far from
the stock look. These include a video receiver featuring a backup
camera, navigation, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, a Rockford
Fosgate sound system, comfortable and supportive Recaro high-back
front seats, heat and air conditioning by Vintage Air, new power
windows Dakota Digital HDX system gauge pack w/ digital satellite
speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure, engine temp, volts, and fuel
gauges, Dynamat noise and vibration insulation, extra-large LED-lit
cupholders integrated into the center console, new LED Lighting,
interior & exterior, Iditit tilt steering column, and magnetic
wireless phone charger.
This 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle offers exceptional performance and
reliability, backed by a comprehensive 3-year, 36,000-mile
warranty. With a powerful GM LS3 crate motor, advanced suspension
and braking systems, versatile exhaust modes, and a host of modern
interior features, this Chevelle provides a driving experience that
is both exhilarating and comfortable. Ready for delivery within 120
days as part of our Fast-Track build program, this Chevelle stands
out as a true classic with contemporary conveniences, making it an
ideal choice for enthusiasts and collectors alike who truly enjoy
driving their vehicles the way they should be. Check out the
