Ferocious in its red finish, this 1984 Chevrolet Camaro showcases a
modified exterior with Z28-style ground effects and a custom
three-piece rear spoiler. The functional raised cowl hood
integrates tach and boost gauges for quick performance monitoring.
Removable T-tops allow for open-air motoring while maintaining
structural integrity. The glossy paint presents well with excellent
depth and clarity throughout all panels. Rolling on 16" IROC
five-spoke wheels with BF Goodrich tires measuring 235/55R16 up
front and wider 275/55R16 in the rear, this Camaro exhibits an
athletic stance that communicates its performance intentions.
The black and red interior delivers visual impact with perfectly
matched styling elements throughout the cabin. Factory gauges have
been custom painted in coordinating red and black tones to
complement the vinyl bucket seats. An aftermarket B&M ratchet
shifter provides precise gear selection, while power windows and
locks offer modern convenience. The audio experience comes via an
aftermarket radio with Bluetooth connectivity. The dashboard houses
MSD timing spark adjustment controls and dedicated nitrous
activation buttons within easy reach for immediate power delivery
during acceleration.
The powerplant starts with a 350 V8 block that's been reportedly
built into a 388 stroker plus an additional 150 shot of nitrous
oxide mounted in the trunk area. Feeding this monster is a Holley
four-barrel carburetor mounted atop an Edelbrock intake manifold.
Power transfers through a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission.
Powder-coated long-tube headers flow into a MagnaFlow exhaust
system. A Be Cool aluminum radiator with dual electric fans
maintains optimal operating temperatures, while dual Optima Red Top
batteries provide reliable starting power. Handling is enhanced
with subframe connectors and upgraded suspension components.
