Galaxie name encompassed their entire full-size line. As the second
generation (1960-1964) of this competitor to the Chevy Impala
developed, these cars became instant classics with powerful engine

(J) 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 XL Convertible is a fine example of these
full-size road warriors. Lift the expansive hood and you'll see the
beautifully detailed FE block 390 V8, a torque-rich big block that
effortlessly pulls this rolling sculpture down the highway.
