This 1971 LTD was special ordered to serve as the pace car for the Muskogee, Oklahoma race track. I have the Marti report, it is a 1 of 1 car. It’s been in my family since 1972. It’s an original 429 4V car and I have kept it as original as possible. Please look closely at the pics. It runs and drives well. I had the entire fuel system rebuilt last year. The convertible top works. It could use a new top. The tires have less than 500 miles on them. The original engine lost oil pressure and knocked a hole in the side of the block. I have the block. The engine was rebuilt using all original parts except the block, rods and pistons. The transmission has been replaced and is out of a 1972 Mercury. The interior is in good condition. This car needs window regulators in both doors. I have one out and all the parts in the trunk. The paint is in fair condition with a few scratches and chips. I tried to take detailed pictures. I’m happy to answer any questions. I have too many vehicles and this one does not get as much attention as it deserves.
