1930 Ford Model A from well known custom builder & craftsman from
PA. Not only is this car well built with many new parts, it
features stunning handcrafted Copper finishes through-out. Starting
with a 1930 Ford Coupe that has been chopped 3 1/2 inches with new
subrails from the door back, new inner wheel wells, new floor, new
panel behind the rumble lid, new lower panel and new top wood. The
body is customized with 1950 Pontiac taillights, fully customized
1932 Grille by Master Engraver Tay Herrera and commercial
headlights. Chassis consists of a Custom 1932 Ford frame contoured
to follow the shape of a Model A body. Channel and tube cross
members with pinched front and bobbed front and rear frame horns.
Powertrain consists of a late model Ford flathead with Edelbrock
heads and intake, new stromberg carbs, new water pump, Powermaster
power generator, offy oil filter and Walker Radiator coupled with a
new GM T5 5 Speed transmission with Hydraulic clutch. Beautiful
full leather interior featuring a custom seat using a rebuilt Model
A seat frame with square weave carpet. Leather upholstered Rumble
Seat. New Stewart Warner gauges. Front and rear suspension details
are as follows: FRONT - Forged 4 inch dropped axle (drilled), 37-41
spindles, GM brakes, custom backing plates with scoop, P & J
hairpins & steering arms etc. Vega Steering box. All parts are
antique copper plated. REAR - 9 inch Ford rearend 3:50 POSI, 11
inch drum brakes, ladder bars, panhard bar, Aldan coilovers. All
powder coated. Car rides on Wheelsmith 16x6 3 inch BS Wires mounted
with Firestone 500-16 ribbed tires in the Front and on the Rear,
17x7 Wheelsmith 4 inch BS Wires mounted with Firestone 820-17
