its first owner who was a Canadian snowbird and lived in the

Canada each year when it was time to make the pilgrimage to better

The body on this truck is in really nice condition overall and has
a clean CARFAX and Autocheck. The truck is finished in the Diamond
White Tricoat which looks stunning. The exterior was just
professionally buffed and waxed and it looks amazing! Expected
chips and light imperfections can be seen on the lower front of the
truck as well as signs of use around the panels on the bed area.
Overall condition of the exterior is a 9 out of 10 and speaks for
itself! Being a dry California truck the underside is clean enough
to eat off with zero corrosion of any kind. Windshield is perfect
and all 4 chrome wheels look excellent.
The interior is in great shape all around. All seats, door panels,
carpets, and floor mats are like new. The interior is extremely
comfortable and well optioned with the heated/ cooled seats, Nav
and power roof. This Escalade looks great for the age, a true
testament to the keen ownership. All lights, dials, gauges function
properly. Overall condition of the interior is a 9.5 out of 10.
Mechanically, this Escalade runs GREAT! The truck starts right up
and shifts as smooth as silk. With the 6.2L V8 the truck came stock
with 403hp. The A/C blows ice cold and the truck stays cool even in
the 118 degree Arizona heat. The truck has been taken care of and
could not run better for the miles. The drive trains on these GM
trucks go forever when taken care of. The truck just received a
full once over by our master tech and given a clean bill of
health!
All in all, this is one heck of a nice truck to drive and will get
