This 1980 Jeep CJ-7 is an extremely all steel, nice, restored, and
well-built Jeep that spent its life in California and Oregon. This
is a super cool CJ with a lot of nice upgrades. The last owner of
this Jeep built it to be off road capable but never really used it
in that capacity. A lot of thought, time, and money went into this
build. The body is all steel and super clean. We found no evidence
of rust or rust repair anywhere. When it was restored it was
professionally painted a beautiful Green Metallic and the paint
looks beautiful. It has rock sliders with integrated steps that
hardly have a mark on them. It has a Warn front bumper with a 9,000
pound Warn Winch installed. The rear bumper is also a Warn bumper
with a built in receiver and a drop down tire carrier. The
underside is also super clean and has no rust issues. It has a nice
soft top with half steel doors.
The interior is really nice. It has custom front Corbeau Reclining
bucket seats and a matching rear bench seat. It has a Tuffy Center
console. It has a custom Aluminum Dash with Autometer Phantom
Gauges that are all working. It has full custom family roll cage
for safety. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn
signals are all working. The heat works and the windshield wipers
and the horn work.
Mechanically this Jeep is excellent and it is a beast. It runs and
drives awesome! The engine is a 5.7L Chevy 350 V8 that has around
300HP and it runs excellent. The engine was rebuilt and it has
around 28,000 miles on it (we did not receive receipts). It has an
Edelbrock aluminum intake, aluminum waterpump, aluminum radiator,
headers with custom Flowmaster exhaust. It has Holley Sniper Fuel
Injection which is an awesome addition. The transmission is an
upgraded sm465 4 Speed manual that shifts great with a strong
clutch. It is mated to the Dana 300 transfer case with a Currie
Twin Stick shifter setup. They added HD driveshafts front and rear.
The rear axle is a Dana 44 with Yukon axle, Yukon 4.56 gears, and
an ARB Locker. The front axle is a Dana 44 with Yukon axle, Yukon
4.56 Gears, and ARB Locker. It has an ARB on board Air Compressor
as well. It has Warn chrome moly axles and hubs. It has an awesome
custom Spring-Over-Axle lift installed with custom Alcon springs
and HD shackles. The front has custom built shock hoops with Rough
Country adjustable remote reservoir shocks. It has a custom
crossover high steer done right to make this Jeep drive and steer
excellent. This is all sitting on real bead-lock wheels with 35
Inch Goodyear MTR tires in great condition. This is a quality
build!!
