After some 23 years it's time to part with my beloved 2001 Range Rover SE. I am the second owner of this vehicle, purchasing at two years old, The vehicle is in excellent condition. I hope to find a buyer who will take care of it and love it as I have.
I was told the vehicle was owned by the owner of Omaha Steaks. I was told it was his golf car. Sure enough there were minor grass stains on the back of the front seats where a golfer might sit. Grass stains are long since gone.
The CarFax report will state the vehicle has been in three collisions. All bumper-bumps, all with no damage to this vehicle.
I've updated the vehicle recently with a Garvin Navigation System, replaced the SE alloy wheels with those of the later L322 wheels, New Pirelli Scorpion Tires, and a New Stainless Steel Exhaust.
The vehicle has been a joy to own but that's not to say it hasn't had its share of maintenance issues as Land Rovers are famous for. All repairs in the last ten years were completed by a single mechanic who knows the vehicle well. Records available. Note: All repair parts have been OEM. The vehicle has never been driven off-road.
The following is a partial list of completed maintenance/repairs made on the vehicle during my ownership; (These items are no longer an issue).
1. EAS; Electronically Controlled Air Suspension; Air-Shocks, and Valve Block Manifold.
2. Head Gasket at 160k miles.
3. Right Side Exhaust Manifold.
4. Transmission Selector Locking Pin.
5. Electric Radiator Fan and Radiator.
6. Fuel Pump and Fuel Gauge Level Sensor.
The following is a partial list of maintenance/repair items witch still plague the vehicle;
1. Small oil leak at the main engine seal with transmission.
2. SRS Supplemental Restraint System; The light remains illuminated on the dash and it's thought to be that the steering wheel air-bag is faulty.
3. Door Locks; The auto door lock system is faulty and the metal key is required to lock/unlock the doors.
4. The driver-side power window does not stop at the top on its own and needs a new mechanism.
The Body and Paint have had no repairs.

This vehicle really is in excellent condition. I simply wish for someone to take ownership of this vehicle and care for it as I have.
